What is the After School Club for Copywriters?
Every month I meet up with a few of my friends who work as copywriters, producers, project managers and generalists. We share techniques and reference material, and consume more Bombay-style breakfast than is healthy at that time of day.

I also try to blog about some of what we discuss, and these entries can all be found listed under After School Club for Copywriters.

Why is it an ‘After School Club’? You meet for breakfast!
Well, in all honesty it’s because I really liked Phil Gyford’s end of term report in 2011. I think it’s a useful and fun terminology for this kind of proces.

And you’re not all copywriters?
No. In fact, two of us have job titles that read like they were invented by Games Workshop writers. But we all write or have a background in writing.
