My interview with photographer Ellen Rogers went live on Global Comment in the early hours of this morning, including a note to the effect that Ellen’s work “might be included in a book of pornography that devotes entire pages to a specific shade of yellow, or a description of walking on shingle.

    Nice work! I’m studying the theory side of photography at the moment so I read the article with interest… And having lived in New Cross for a few months, I can confirm that it is indeed “Rubbish”…

    Although on second thoughts New Cross has its good sides… the video shop on New Cross road, the tapas restaurant under the DLR station, the baklava from the Kismet supermarket… *sniff of nostalgia*
